Keto Waffles


  • 2/3 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla macadamia milk
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 full egg
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp stevia or monk fruit
  1. Mix all ingredients and pour into waffle maker (mixture also works as pancakes).
  2. Serve with maple syrup (non keto). I use sugar free syrup

Makes 3 waffles (Nutrition for a quarter of a waffle): Cal 53, F 4g, C 2g & P 2.5g
